This will prevent having to refresh the entire frontend when clicking a link to another wiki page.

For wiki pages, inserting a link in the form of "/wikis/wiki-id/page-id", where the ids are uuids and not 'slugs' (so that links continue to work even if the pages are renamed) will cause the specified wiki (or page, if page-id is present) to be loaded within the web-app, rather than triggering a page refresh. Links with fully specified URLs (i.e., "http://wikifeat.com/app/wikis/main-wiki/pages/page") will be treated as an 'external' link and exhibit the old behavior.
