Timer API start() missing callback_data parameter #314

The current (5.2.2) documentation of Rho::Timer in the API documentation is missing any mention of callback_data parameter to start().

Older versions (2.x) of the documentation include it.

I verified with the source code that the third parameter still exists.

As well, the documentation is almost completely Javascript-centric now, with only a Javascript example given.
