Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have to wait for Nexus to come up to configure.

Describe the solution you'd like
Update to use new https://github.com/sonatype-nexus-community/nexus-kubernetes-openshift/releases/tag/v0.2.8 and remove the "post_steps" that just waits for Nexus to come up.
