Does osrm give you the same fastest route regardless of the time/date you make the request? #88

osrm always give you the same fastest route between two points, or the fastest route can change if you make the query at 11am vs 6pm? (Sorry, I couldn't find the answer in the documentation)

Yes.
OSRM, the routing engine used by osrm R package, does not use road traffic data.

(Actually I should add that there is a non trivial way to do it, see Project-OSRM/osrm-backend#6267)
