Currently, it is very difficult to tab between different controls in Radio Downloader, as the focus rectangle does not show most of the time, and the controls possibly also do not tab in a sensible order.

Fixed the tab ordering on all of the forms except for the main form in 8291286.

Fixed the problems breaking tab navigation in the main form, made the toolbars tab stops, and corrected the tab ordering in abb34a3.
