Metadata parse - Inline Annotations support

Hey,

I`m curious whether it is possible to add support of inline annotations?

Use case:
Adding property level/enum member level attributes that converts into inline annotations.

According to Microsoft documentation it is possible to achieve like this:

Also I wold like to mention that right now CsdlAnnotation is missing expression type/value during metadata parsing.
