the order of Installation

I think the correct installation order is.
Clone the repo git clone https://github.com/richardkeep/covid-19.git
Run composer install to pull in all the dependencies
Run cp -r .env.example .env && php artisan key:generate
Run php artisan server to start the inbuilt php serve
