Recording Format/Resolution

Jon Bragado suggested adding the sensor size to the file. However, it seems like an alternative solution is to have a "format field" and possibly a separate "resolution" field
since the sensor size isnt something they will know on set.

Separately (and this may become another project) we may start keeping an index of recording formats along with any known metadata (such as sensor size) for those that need it.
