Bio++ has a graph class
and a TreeGraph.

TreeGraph appears well suited for asexual species: one can addFather and addSons. For sexual species, like we have, it AFAIKS cannot be used.

Working with the boost graph library now. Slowly getting there. If I get most of the functions complete tomorrow I'll start implementing it in the sado branch.

I posted a question on the Bio++ forum. I will only do so with a CI service present.
