This PR incorporates the changes in #28 which address Linux build failures, namely the use of
UINTXX_MAXrather thanLZHAM_UINTXX_MAX, where XX is the number of bits, which leads to i.e.error: ‘UINT16_MAX’ was not declared in this scope
