  • Shift + Left or Right click to pan : generates a brush stroke. Can be deleted thanks to the very useful Ctrl+Z, and avoided if one has some empty spots around the image to click on before panning.
  • Zooming in doesn't bring the image to full foreground. So it stays behind a lot of the User Interface elements. Especially the generated image on the right.

  • Ctrl+Wheel : constantly resets the brush to the center of the image, no matter where was the mouse's cursor.

Small things, quiet annoying. But all in all it's already great.

Hi @hansolocambo, thanks for sharing your experience, almost all the problems you described have already been solved, look

  1. You can use the context menu to toggle the move mode so you can move canvas to the button (default: F)
key.mp4
  1. You can turn on the overlapping of all elements (default: O) and you won't be disturbed by other elements.

  1. Sorry, I can't do anything about a brush that is centered, the behavior is set by a python script, canvas-zoom is a JS script.

You can reassign any hotkey via the context menu

Wow absolutely amazing. Sorry about the non-bug report then ;) I totally missed that menu you make appear here in the videos.
In Firefox when I right-click, I've got a firefox menu on top of yours. And if I hit Esc, both menus Firefox and yours disappear :/ Usually if I click Esc, the Firefox menu goes away, but the one from the website I'm browsing (MEGA, Google Drive, and many other websites with a right-click menu) : stays.

So... not sure how I can see the white menu now :/ I'm gonna have to check a bit more Firefox options to... get rid of the right click menu with something else than Esc maybe ? As it's also the key used to get rid of yours ?

Damn...

Thanks for your answer daswer123

EDIT : It's even a bit worse. When I right click, in Firefox, both menus appear. Firefox's menu is on top of yours and stays. But yours (I can barely see the white contour of it) disappear after maybe a second or less, even if I don't do anything. Probably because it does not register any hovering, as Firefox's menu is in the foreground. That sucks ;)

EDIT 2 : Well Playing with Shift Alt and Ctrl, I just realized that, when right-clicking :

  • Shift forces Firefox's menu in any website.
  • But Alt forces the websites's menu.
I've never heard about that. Well... cool then. Alt+Right-click, at least in Firefox, seems to be the way to finally access those options of yours I've never seen. And the shortcuts I didn't know about.

Great ! :)
Thanks, again, for this really useful extension !

Cool, good observation, now checked and it is true if you right click on the mouse with shift, the firefox menu appears.

I have it so that if you accidentally right click, the menu disappears quickly, just hover over it and choose as much as you want.

You don't need to shift to bring up the context menu, double-clicking will also bring up the firefox menu, just right-click once.. For the other hotkeys too, they work without the shift in the image area.
