Enhancement Request

Replicate the current functionality of automatically provision Grafana Dashboards located within a directory (dashboards) in its definition files (json format) to automatically provision Prometheus rules from definitions (yaml file) located in another directory (rules).

One PrometheusRule resource (PrometheusOperator) needs to be created per rule definition file.
