Grid view displays "nil" for host name

The Grid view will display name as the hostname if there is only one host sending events.

For example if I have only one monitee and I have disable the server to send intrumentation messages then the hostname isnt visible on the beginning of the row

I remember seeing this in the past too. But now I'm unable to reproduce this problem.

@robkuz can you re-check with riemann 0.2.4 and the current dash, and let us know if you're still noticing this ? If not, please close the bugreport. Thanks !
