As avi reader uses VFW interface, it requires VFW decoder for the codec of the input video to be installed in your system. The message usually tells you that the VFW codec is not available on your system. Please note that you require x64 version of the codec if you use NVEncC64.

You might use avsw reader as well for avi file.

Try without weightp, it's not very stable.....used to be an issue before.
