Add variable title limits per show

Different shows have different length limits they need to conform to, rather than having it hard-coded,

i'd like to be able to define the character limit per-show.

This one is mostly done, just needs some final cleanup, anyone up for doing the finishing polish on the #75 PR?

This would essentially just involve moving the default setting for the hard limit (when not otherwise specified) into cinchize.yml and verifying it doesn't break anything.
