Any less nasty links ?

EDIT: Tested OP's 'nasty infection gore' https://www.instagram.com/p/BWQalN4g5L1/ with RipMe versions

  • 1.4.16
  • 1.4.18
  • 1.4.19
  • 1.4.20
  • 1.5.1
  • 1.5.2

on Win7 Ultimate SP1 x64 and Oracle Java SE 8 Update 131 x64, all of them failing; 1.4.16 & 1.4.18 say no compatible rippers found, and the rest all output Downloading http://instagram.com/p without anything happening within 15 minutes, at which point I simply quitted.

Same happens as with OP's.

The Instagram ripper is designed to pull down a user's whole album, not individual images. Perhaps this should be listed as an enhancement request.

To rip this image, enter the page URL, eg: https://www.instagram.com/teethvids/ or https://www.instagram.com/starwars/ , then rip and find the image you wanted.

Well I feel stupid. I thought the album was a album, not an individual picture
