Publish the package to Snapcraft and maybe Ubuntu PPA.

Please also include github releases of binaries, including Windows. The Go discord server has just had to walk-through a non-programmer on how to build this locally on their windows machine. Thanks 🙂

@Strum355 Feel free to submit a pull request or fork this repo implementing GitHub Actions builds and I'd be happy to merge. I can't dedicate any free time to project at the moment. I didn't intend this repo for anyone other than programmers when I wrote it, so apologies for the inconvience.
