Currently, bionic library is from riscv-llvm-r416183_dev branch which is not up to date. Bugs from riscv-llvm-r416183_dev branch may be introduced to llvm/clang runtime library. (See https://github.com/riscv-android-src/manifest/blob/riscv-llvm-r416183_dev/default.xml#L31 ) .

And by the way, it seems that the ndk is also not up to date.

Fixed by updating branch https://github.com/riscv-android-src/platform-bionic/tree/riscv-llvm-r416183_dev.
