Translating by using right-click menu on Chrome automatically saved into origin file

I found that, if I am on a pad page (using riseup.net), and if I use the "translation button" on the right-click menu, not only the page is translated into the language I want, but it will be detected by riseup.net and be saved.
Normally by using "reload" button of the right-click menu, the translation should be gone. But it is not the case here.
The origin content then is replaced with the translation content, which is inconvenient.
