Currently the 'initial entry' (775) field is indexed, but not shown for sources that point to a record that served as an initial entry in the A/I catalogues.

As well, we need to determine whether we show the reverse links in RO (that is, the initial entry record shows all of the records for which it is listed as an initial entry.) We also need to figure out what to call it so that it doesn't get confused with edition statements.
