Add duplicate plan feature

As a student I want to be able to have a save as feature for the purpose of editing an existing plan I have to a new plan, so that I will have two plans that are independent.

There is a way to save your plan. There is a save button (see image), or you can download it as json

That is the normal save button. I want a "saved as" feature where you make a copy with a different name. The only way to currently do that is to download and re-upload.
