I want to catch event and input my custom event, when mousewheel down or up.
How I can do it? Thank you.
I want to know option's movingFlag description. how to use movingFlag data?

Will mouse wheel trigger page changes?
If yes beforeChange or afterChange,If No bind custom events in the element.
