“Only One Instance per File” sometimes doesn't work

As shown in the picture, after you have checked "Only One Instance per File", and saved the settings, exit all the notepads.
Open one file first, press ALT+TAB while opening instantly, and then open the second one quickly, so that you can break the limit of one instance.

Also mention that I use "Image File Execution Options" to replace the system's native notepad.

Feel free to test the "BETA/RC PortableApps", version "Notepad3Portable_6.23.513.1_beta.paf" or newer, see in issue #1129.

• Notepad3Portable_6.23.513.1_beta.paf.exe.7z -s

"Notepad3Portable BETA/RC PortableApps" version can be used with or without ".7z" extension.

Also, feel free to test the "BETA/RC Setup", version "Notepad3_6.23.513.1_beta_Setup" or newer, see the 2nd list in issue #1129.

I can reproduce it in some cases:

• With Minipath, open the file "A"
• Elevate the file "A"
• Again with Minipath, open the file "A"

Or

• With Notepad3 open the file "A"
• Open a New Window (Alt+N)
• From the New Window, again open the file "A"
