Your README.md would benefit if you include installation instructions, specifically visual studio building tools version. Another thing that will be good if you include execution example so that people know how to run your tool.

Thank you for the suggestion.
I have added some instructions for running the problem as a command-line tool and from Visual Studio (along with how to add command line arguments to the Visual Studio build). I have also drafted an execution example, which will be expanded with future updates
