Twitch Integration

Have seen multiple requests for supporting Twitch.

I looked briefly at the site, seems like it might be a more complicated platform to support

If you do I've seen multiple ways to handle the ad gaps. I've seen pausing the stream, muting the stream during the ads (but they still play), and I've seen them redirect to a lower resolution version of the stream that lacks ads while the ads are playing. If possible I'd like to see the possibility to choose a preferred method of it.

Personally I'm partial to the lower res redirect.
