Everyone loves tab completion. It would be great to have tab completion for the DnsPlugin parameter in New-PACertificate and Submit-ChallengeValidation.

The code is already dynamically validating the parameter via ValidateScript. We should convert it to a dynamic parameter instead and get the benefits of tab completion as well.
