SeisFlows-HPC

Extension to the main SeisFlows package

  • provides fault tolerance options not included in the main package

  • provides custom interfaces for specific HPC clusters

Once the main SeisFlows package is installed, installation of the extension package is simple:

git clone https://github.com/rmodrak/seisflows-hpc.git /path/to/seisflows-hpc
export PYTHONPATH=$PYTHONPATH:/path/to/seisflows-hpc
