I can't think of any reason why someone would not want to run their FT queries
in a separate thread...but just in case...maybe just add a new method
QueryInThread(); that does the same thing as query, but in a separate thread...

Ok, I left the default method there, but marked it as deprecated, and put a
note in the javadoc.
The FTClient will now require passing "this" to it as well as the token.
When using the new method (Query with a capital Q instead of query), it will
throw the "Response" event when a response is received. The string response is
sent in the event.
