use /home/ryan/d/.oh-my-zsh instead of ~/.oh-my-zsh for cache #424

I keep my oh-my-zsh in my dropbox folder and the cache folder should not wander outside of the $ZSH env variable I have set.

I agree, but how come I don't have this problem? What is being cached there?

It's used for certain completions, for example the apt-get completion caches the list of packages.
