Intensivregister_Landkreise_Kapazitaeten.csv says The server is temporarily unavailable

Dear Devs,

I am currently working on an automatic analysis pipeline and I am running into trouble, because the Intensivregister_Landkreise_Kapazitaeten.csv does not contain the data from the 10.10.
Instead it says The server is temporarily unavailable (commit 8cd960c)

Would it be possible to not upload a file if "The server is temporarily unavailable" ? That would allow my pipeline to
just work with the older, available data. Or if the server is typically only down for short times, maybe a retry could work?

I suspect, this project is the right place to fix it, because other researchers might also run into trouble otherwise.
