Is there any way to put the template before the signature?

No, I don't think it's possible.

Mail itself takes care of placing both the signature and the attribution line. QuoteFix just changes the attribution before it is placed, but it doesn't have any control on where it is placed.

A workaround would be to include your signature in the attribution itself, but that wouldn't allow having multiple signatures (like Mail offers), and you'd have to place the cursor in between the attribution and the signature manually each time.
