Is there a screenshot available anywhere of what this plugin does to the text when it's working? Maybe it's the fact that I'm on a mac, or perhaps it's the color scheme I'm using, but I don't notice anything different when I'm using the plugin (and customized the defines in the settings).

I first install it by package control.
And after that, it just does not work for customize settings.

Then I decompress the .sublime-package and it works.
(You have to do a 'smartifdef' command to make it working once.)
It would be good if this plugin could be automatically triggered.
I mean, no need to type a command.
