buy new product, i will Custom verifier this RMStoreReceiptVerifier Protocol
2.First, the Custom verifier is fail, return fail block
third i buy this product again, apple store the product is already buy, can restore buy
click ok, don‘t response, and the Custom verifier protocol is not called
