I'd love to see a list of my sheets that have been favorited.

This would be useful. Am updating the workflow to use Ulysses' new url scheme and it is a simple call to open favourites in Ulysses---however I guess you'd like to see them in the alfred list? This might take some more reverse engineering of the filesystem (which I'm trying to get away from) as I don't see an API call.
