pipenv tools not available after installation #1

Hi I have pipenv version 2022.11.30 and I have installed pipenv_tools with:
pipenv install pipenv_tools
and after that I get:

 $ > pipenv tools prepare_setup –options –params
Usage: pipenv [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...
Try 'pipenv -h' for help.

Error: No such command 'tools'.

Then I also tried:
python3 -m pip install pipenv-tools

but nothing changed.

Can you point me forward please?
