Following the apispec upgrade from 0.38.0 to 0.39.0, its
swagger.py was renamed to openapi.py with support for OpenAPI 3.0.X
as well as OpenAPI 2.0.

In this commit, I only fix the backward-incompatible changed it
introduced without trying to add support for 3.0.X version.

See marshmallow-code/apispec@0.38.0...0.39.0

I think requirements must pin to apispec>=0.39.0

This works well for me. I guess the alternative is to lock apispec to the older version.

Without this change I now get (since the new apispec release and with some debug code added):

No module named 'apispec.ext.marshmallow.swagger'

-e .

@javabrett yeah it seems so, if @rochacbruno you want to have it removed, I can do it.
