rknn toolkit 1.7.5 win-x86_64

error show as below pic: rknn_convert program exit with -1

error detail log:
log_det_cameraX_20220620_u8_normal_opt3.txt
log_det_v5_release_512_288_0726_replace_resize_opset9.txt

imquantizetion version(FP16) success to convert to rknn model, success log:
log_det_cameraX_20220620_fp16_opt3.txt
