Aggregate tabs/Filter chaining

It would be super useful if I could make my own grouped tabs to use for noisy servers.

Thoughts:
Using filter names would make sense if they also include dynamic channel names, otherwise simply using tab names would work as well.
Delimited include/exclude lists seem the simplest way to do so.
