Write basic branding guidelines page

Eventually we will have a full-fledged brand book but early on let's get a very basic page up where users could download each of our logos -- I find myself looking for these often and even if developers just want to write a blog post about what Rockin' Blocks it would be nice for them to have the proper assets.

Acceptance Criteria

• A basic Media Kit page that has a zip file with the brand assets in vector format.
