Is it possible to support both Lerna and Yarn workspaces? From what I understand, Lerna uses Yarn workspaces under the hood. It would be nice to allow users to choose.

Because Yarn workspaces support seems more foundational, I want to attempt to make Yarn support as robust as I can and hopefully eventually Lerna support would be a cinch.

Feel free to assign this to yourself if you feel you can help take this on and I would be happy to assist where I can, but as for now, this would be slated for a later release.
