Debug is enabled by default and passing `debug: false` to functions does not work #61

Right now it is not possible to disable debug.

Ops, my bad. This is not ExGram's issue. It's Tesla's.

Needed to disable debug and recompile it:

config :tesla, Tesla.Middleware.Logger, debug: false
