At least for me, the latest release (1.5.3) won't save snaps/stories anymore, that I try to save within the context menu of a story/snap. (Long press/swipe up)
When I press "save", it does nothing and the image won't get saved to the gallery.
Saving within the chat (long press the snap and save to camera roll) still works though. But for storiers saving just doesn't work at all for me anymore.

It works fine for me - I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you. The logs don't show any errors.

@rodit
So far those features stopped working for me:
-SnapMod doesn't create a "SnapMod" folder anymore, despite giving the app all permissions
-Saving stories within the context menu (pressing "save" won't do anything)
-Saving snaps within the context menu while viewing the snap (pressing "save" won't do anything)
-Saving snapchat memories within the context menu (pressing "save" won't do anything)

What I've tried so far:
-Reinstalling Snapchat, SnapMod
-Creating a "SnapMod" folder by myself in /Movies
-Changing the saving directory for stories to the Downloads folder
-Disabling and Re-enabling the module in LSPosed + Reboot
-Clearing Cache of my device
-Disabling the option "Use Android Download Manager"

Additional info:
-Device: OnePlus 8 Pro, Android 11
-LSPosed version: 1.8.2
-SnapMod version: latest 1.5.3
-Snapchat version: PlayStore version 11.76.1.34

Your phone is whacked out dude lol. I was coming here to post that I just updated and it was working fine for me. Just for info's sake. But seriously, something has to be going on with your phone for multiple features to sometimes be working and other times not. First it was getting the context menu on snaps in chat, now this lol

Man I know it's always me 😭 Free me!! Probably gonna factory reset my phone soon 😞 Weirdly enough, all issues randomly solve by themselves again.

Well at least they're resolved now, so that's good haha. The only thing I'm noticing so far with this update is some random Snapchat crashes. It doesn't happen enough to be very obtrusive, but here and there it has happened a few times when it never used to happen. Like right now I closed Snapchat and SnapMod because I wanted to enable a setting in SnapMod, so what I do when I do this is I close both, reopen SnapMod, enable the setting, open Snapchat, then close both and reopen both again. Just to make sure things refresh correctly. Well when I closed Snapchat and SnapMod, then reopened Snapmod, I suddenly got a "Snapchat has stopped working" popup. Not that I cared much since I had closed it myself anyway, but hopefully it's not a sign of things haha

Should've made a log after the crash and posted here! 😩 Next time!

I will indeed if it becomes problematic. So far it only seems to happen after I've actually closed Snapchat. I'm like "ok? I already closed it....." 😂

Well damn the issue with snaps/stories not saving withing the context menu came back somehow ;/ I really don't get what the issue is
Can nobody imagine what it could be? Like saving snaps to the camera roll from withing the chat is working fine. Just not from the context menu while viewing a snap/story.

I found something out. When I reboot my device, and try to save a story right after the reboot, it works for like 2-3 storiy saves. But seconds after some successfull story saves, it stops working again.
It can be triggered by closing snapchat, or saving a regular snap. Saving stories/using the context menu for saving won't work after doing this anymore. Not until the next device reboot.

@Tarek133 That sucks, man. The Snapchat crashing issue that started after updating to 1.5.3 has now gone away after updating to 1.5.4 lol. Hasn't happened a single time. Not sure what the deal with 1.5.3 was, but 1.5.4 has fixed it. Or maybe it had nothing to do with SnapMod at all. Maybe I restarted my device after updating to 1.5.4 and that fixed some issue that was going on with Snapchat. Who knows, all I know is it's working fine now lol

@rodit I found something out. Makes the whole thing even more weird.
As soon as I charge my phone, stories and snaps won't get saved through the context menu anymore.
But when I use my phone unplugged, everything works fine? That's so weird, I don't get how that would be connected.

Man just throw that thing in the river at this point because it's possessed, and hire a priest to come to your house because you likely have a poltergeist haunting it 😂
