Bug - Some tabs freeze after clicking a link/button.

When extension is enabled, on certain websites (example Asana.com), when interacting with elements such as buttons/links, it will freeze. Once extension is disabled, tab closed and reloaded, the element functions without issue. See attached screenshot. The arrow is what I click on, the circle is frozen and not loading correctly.

Amazon Seller Central might be another example, but I'm not going to test it thoroughly as it might cause Amazon to suspect that I'm a bot and shut my business down. I've had this issue on many sites before but didn't bother to troubleshoot it until today.

Second, you're using the best browser around 😄

A quick fix for now would be disabling the option "Re-detect password fields when the website updates" in ChromeKeePass.
But I will create a fix later.
