Android XML tabs issue

First off let me say that this theme looks great! I would really like to use it everyday but this little bug is preventing me from doing so. With the ADT plug in for Eclipse when I open Android Layout XML files some tabs come up at the bottom of the file prompting me for a GUI type editor or plain XML editor. With the Juno Dark Theme for some reason those tabs disappear. I have posted links to two images showing you what I'm talking about

I hope there's a fix for this, I don't want to go back to super bright white Eclipse!
