rpi-sms is not a self descriptive enough, we must set a better name to let people find the library on npm's registry easily.

I think that rpi-sms is self descriptive enough @joelwallis. What do you suggest?

rpi-sms stands for Raspberry PI - SMS, I believe que another name would be better because I can send sms on computers and not just by the raspberry pi. I researched SendSMS, but already exists.
