Description:

Right now we have an entire mirror on GitLab for Docker builds. Codefresh is a popular CI/CD tool for building Docker images that we should consider.

The issue with moving to Codefresh is the free limit of 120 builds per month. We don't typically have a need for more than that, but since Gitlab is unlimited, it makes more sense to stick with them in the long run.

Perhaps we can move to building the Docker image in Travis itself.
