/tasks/search/ should apply some limit

When posting to /tasks/search/ on a Pulp server, we should apply some limit to the number of tasks fetched. Otherwise, if the Pulp server has too many tasks in the relevant states, these queries will slow down the server and probably time out.

For example:

• limit result to 10000 tasks
• if we hit the limit, the UI should complain/note about it somehow, so the user knows the displayed data may be incomplete
