Refresh unpaid account statement list widget in Dashboard page after adding new payments #42

There is something that can be improved on the list of unpaid statement of accounts on dashboard page, it when paying a statement of account, the list must be refreshed in case there is recently fully paid statement of accounts.

Done

Unpaid account statements widget in dashboard page is now being refreshed when there is a new payment registered on any of the unpaid statement of account

The same feature has been introduced on Account Statements amount summary widget on dashboard page. I thought that it would be nice to also refresh the values shown on this widget every after new payment has been registered.
