Great package. FYI: to install this on Debian (would also work on Ubuntu), I needed some additional dependencies, and the full installation process looked like this:

sudo apt install unixodbc unixodbc-dev
install.packages("odbc")
install.packages("explore")

Thanks for the info. Guess there is nothing I can do in the package to make it easier to install
