The V2 Syntax will be rewritten in typescript, heavily tested, and support per-user/channel/guild configuration of many things. It will be opt-in with the role rollem:v2 being applied either to Rollem or to the user until the persistent user settings are in place for a more granular approach.

Issues and progress on v2 syntax will be tracked here until it's live.
